We LOVE LOVE LOVE bath bombs because 1. They smell amazing 2. Fun to watch sizzle 3. Makes our skin soft and 4. Makes the water pretty :) But in spite of all these, those little suckers can be expensive. Especially when your like us and have a bath and a bomb everyday (maybe even two)... Oopsies . Lush bath bombs average $7-$12 per bomb. Our recipe averages at just $0.25 per bomb. So we hope you try this really easy and simple recipe that will keep our wallets and bathrooms stocked for a while!
So this recipe actually makes 2.5 eight ounce bath bombs, but we didn't have the round domes so we substituted with a mini cupcake pan. This was our first time making these so we doubled it just in case we totally BOMBED the recipe. No pun intended ;) Well, little did we know this would make us 3 full sheets ( 72 little bath bomb goodnesses) So after making the two pans, we just used a 1/4 measuring cup as a mold and made a couple bigger bombs.
Now go make some bombs and take a relaxing bath! Thanks for stopping by!
While looking for our fav chapstick (Nivea pink shimmer) at Walgreens, we just happened to stumble upon some great lipstick colors from Wet n' Wild. Now, we are normally not fans of Wet n' Wild because it reminds of us our earlier make-up days in 3rd grade, but we ended up giving them another chance! Okay, who remembers saving all their money to buy Wet n' Wild shimmery eye shadows and chap sticks when they were 9? Lol. But guess what? We were pleasantly surprised with these lipstick shades! You can't tell as well in the picture but the pigment in these are wonderful and bold! All you need is one coat and the color goes on really smooth and non-streaky. We like to buy drugstore lipsticks because there are some colors that we don't always wear. So when it comes to the lipsticks we wear on the daily, we go with MAC, Urban Decay, and Marc Jacobs lipsticks. But its always fun to try new lipstick colors, and that way we don't end up wasting $20+ dollars on shades that we'll never wear. Below are the lipsticks and lip liners we wore in this picture. Below those you can find some more products that we 'swear by' and love so much!
