Being new mom's, and not being able to work full time like we use to we are constantly thinking of new ways we can make money on the side, and how help support of family financially. Here are 5 things we have found that can bring in up to $500 + a month, and you don't need a full time job to do it!
1. DONATE PLASMA
If you aren't afraid of needles, and have 2 hours to spare each week, you can earn $400-$500 a month donating plasma! There are donation centers all around, and usually you can find a couple different locations in your area.
2. BE A HOST ON AIRBNB
If you have an extra spare bedroom, or a mother-in law apartment in your house that you aren't using, you can earn some major bucks with airbnb! You create a login through their website, upload some pictures of your space, set your price, and BOOM you're done! Now you can sit back, and watch the bookings come in!
3. PUT YOUR EXTRA CAR UP ON TURO
This is a similar concept as airbnb except you rent out your car instead of a bedroom! Such a cool idea, and you don't have to worry about insurance. Turo has a great insurance plan to cover you if anything happens to your car while renting it out. You can set your own price per day, mileage allowance, etc. You can rent your car out a couple times a month and help pay your monthly car payment!
If you have an outgoing personality and like to talk to people, then you should give BookedOut a try! It allows companies to find you to work as a brand ambassador for different companies, and it usually pays $18+ an hour! It also allows the flexibility for you to either accept gigs you like or decline a gig you don't want to work.
Drive your car around and earn money?? Say Whaaaa?? Yes, its true! Uber allows you to choose your own hours and you can make some serious moola! You are essentially like a cab driver, except your drive your own car, and you choose when you want to work and when you dont. Its a great way to earn some extra cash on the side.

I love doing my makeup! But if there were two things I could live without doing, it would be taking my makeup off and doing my eyebrows. I absolutely hate doing my eyebrows because they never turn out even, take to long to do and never look like how I want them to look. I had heard about permanent makeup years ago, from my close friend who had hers done, but the thought of permanent makeup freaked me out. And honestly, I don't trust many people with my makeup, let alone permanent makeup. It wasn't until last year that I heard about microblading. I started seeing pictures and little videos on Instagram of girls getting their eyebrows microbladed. I instantly was infatuated by the process! I loved how natural they looked. My biggest fear was getting tattooed brows and having two solid black strips on my face. But microblading is so delicate and natural looking. Basically, the artist draws little tiny hairs on your eyebrows with a blade and ink, which shapes and darkens the brows. You can create any shape and color you'd like. I have eyebrows that don't grow all the way out about my eyes and I have really thin sides, which makes shaping a nightmare! So needless to say, I am a perfect candidate for microblading. Amber Kozlowski is an amazing esthetician. She specializes in brows, eyelashes and skin care at Salon Precis. She did such an amazing job on my brows, I would 100% recommend her to anyone! Even if you don't want to get microblading just yet, she does waxing, tinting and shaping! You can see all her before/afters on her instagram page here. She charges $350 for microblading, which includes the six week touch up. If you say Savvy Soles referred you, you will get $50 off :) Just go to her Instagram page and DM her to schedule an appointment.
My 5 favorite things about microblading:
1. I don't have to shape! (my least favorite part of doing my makeup)
2. I can wear no makeup and feel good about myself (not having eyebrows shaped makes a huge difference!)
3. I can rub my eyebrows without messing them up
4. It lasts 2-3 years (but may fade earlier)
5. It looks so natural!!
