People always ask how I get my hair to be thick, and long. And to be honest, I was one of those lucky ones who was born with thick hair. Now, that doesn't mean if you have thin hair, that you can't ever have thick hair. There are products that can help with that! My favorite go-to product to add some extra volume is DRY SHAMPOO. I only discovered this stuff 2 years ago, and it has FOREVER changed my life.
I know all my thick and long hair ladies can agree that the most dreaded day of the week is washing your hair, Yes, I said WEEK, because I only wash my hair once a week. I absolutely hate washing my hair lol. It takes forever to dry and requires lots of shampoo and conditioner. So that is why Dry Shampoo saved my hair life. It masks up grease for days, while also adding amazing texture and volume. My favorite hair day of the week is probably the 4th dirty hair day. It's like a perfect texture and mixture between clean and dirty. I love it.
Another tip that does wonders for adding volume is clip in extensions. If you are really trying to grow your hair out, I would suggest not weaving, sewing, or gluing hair extensions, as it does damage your real hair. There are two brands that I have been using for years and LOVE. The first one I have been using for about 7 years. There are the EuroNext hair extensions (color: Blonde Frost) from Sally's Beauty Store. They are a good price point and are great quality. I used the same ones for 3 years! I swam, slept, curled, straightened and did just about everything in them!
The next brand of extensions that I am wearing in this picture and I love more then the EuroNext ones are from Bellami Hair. The ones that I am wearing are linked here. The color matches mine perfectly! It comes with 8 pieces, all are great widths and the clips are very sturdy.
If you have any questions about how to match or use hair extensions, let me know! I would be happy to help!!
